1. General Information

Maximum guest capacity: 2 older than 18 years old

Check-in from 15:00 and check-out until 12:00

2. Bookings, Payments

A valid identity document will be required at check-in.

Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit card and cash.

The amount of your reservation will be charged to your card at the time of booking. If you prefer to pay in cash at the villa, this is possible, but you must notify us by phone or WhatsApp at the number +34 636 96 48 30. or by email at reservas@villasperalta.com

3 Booking modification and cancellation policy:
Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
Any cancellation or date change within the 14 days prior to arrival will result in the charge of the 50% of the reservation.

4. House Rules

Smoking is not allowed.

Be respectful of your neighbours. Silence is required from 11:30 pm.

Guests are responsible for any damages or losses.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

The house must be left as close as possible to the condition in which it was found.

6. Security and Liability

Guests are responsible for their own safety in case of an accident.

7. Visitors and Occupancy Policy

Occupancy limit: 2 people.

External visitors are not allowed under any circumstances.

No pets allowed
